Peter Sanders
Director
Peter is one of the Directors and founders here at The Flat Specialists. He has been married to Lisa for 20 years and they have a daughter Scarlett. He has always been interested in property and in fact started building a portfolio over 30 years ago. Then in 2005 set up a residential property management business. His interests are rugby and more recently keeping fit. He also has a voluntary job one day a week at the Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent.
Ben Tribe
Director
Ben is of the Directors and founders here at The Flat Specialists. Ben has recently married and has an 18-month-old daughter. Apart from studying a real estate management degree and spending time with his family, he also runs a couple of other businesses called Tribes Inventories and Tribes Drone Services. Fact: Ben began his career as a plumber which provided him with valuable knowledge about the building / property industry before then coming a property manager.
Lisa Sanders
Financial Director
Lisa has been married to Peter for 20 years. She was a Civil Servant for 15 years until she joined the residential block management company back in 2008. Lisa loves a good spreadsheet and in her spare time enjoys nothing more than a day out shopping with either friends or daughter Scarlett followed by a nice glass of wine.
