The Flat Specialists came about having Peter Sanders being involved with property for over 30 years and in that time running a very successful residential block and estate management company which was sold in July 2022. The management company was set up as it was found there was a gap in the market (having been a landlord for years) for a smaller company who specialised in block management whilst ensuring a high level of customer service, which was certainly not the custom experienced within the industry. During the 17 years another a gap in the market was discovered this time for a company to help assist Right to Manage (RTM’s) and Residential Management Companies (RMC’s) in the running of their sites. Peter then met Ben Tribe through a mutual friend.
Ben Tribe has spent nearly 10 years working in residential block and estate management and is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and currently an associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Ben is currently working hard towards becoming a member of RICs and is currently undertaking his APC and studying a degree in real estate management. Ben is keen to see the property industry move forward with the times, and prides himself with ensuring that blocks are well managed and maintained and that leaseholders enjoy where they live. Ben believes that the Flat Specialists will ensure that power is given back to leaseholders and that they have a say in how to manage their own block of apartments safely and legally.
